Resources and media

One of the biggest requests we get at the University of the Streets Café is for resources to accompany the public conversations.  The requests typically come from people who would like to read up on a topic before attending a conversation, people who can’t attend at all and want some information, or from people who are inspired to take action after participating in a conversation and want access to follow-up material.  To this end, this semester we are piloting the  “Conversation Dossier” project which will feature resources such as books, articles, websites, organization, etc. referred by guests, moderators, and participants. We are currently looking for resources related to the following series: “A Question of Economics” and ‘Democratizing Science.”  Please send your suggestions to univcafe@concordia.ca.
